Terms of Use

Overview

These Terms govern your use of Otto do it, including the public marketing website, account access, and hosted workspaces. By using Otto do it, you agree to these Terms.

Otto do it is operated by BKRXY, LLC. The service may change, break, be limited, or be discontinued as the product evolves.

Product access

Creating an account, requesting access, or starting checkout does not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific features, support level, pricing, or availability.

Access is by invitation or approval only. We may approve, deny, limit, suspend, or revoke access at any time.

Invited users may create accounts and establish workspaces where enabled. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for the users, projects, tasks, files, prompts, and other content added to your workspaces.

You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure. Notify us if you believe your account or workspace has been compromised.

Billing and payments

Access may be paid, complimentary, or non-Stripe-managed depending on the invitation, approval, or access path. Paid Stripe-managed workspace access is processed through Stripe. Workspace Admins for Stripe-managed workspaces may be directed to the Stripe billing portal to manage payment details, invoices, cancellation, and subscription state where the portal is available.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. If you cancel a subscription, cancellation stops future renewals but does not create a refund or prorated credit for the active subscription period.

Active Stripe-managed subscriptions must be canceled before account deletion can be requested or completed for the account that administers those workspaces. Complimentary or non-Stripe-managed workspaces may not have a Stripe billing portal and may be managed through product controls or support.

Prices, promotions, billing status, renewal behavior, cancellation options, tax handling, and access rules may change. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, access does not create a service-level agreement, refund right, credit, or future pricing commitment.

Acceptable use

Do not use Otto do it in a way that violates law, infringes rights, harms others, or stores content you do not have the right to use.

Do not interfere with security, abuse authentication flows, scrape at unreasonable volume, probe systems without permission, or attempt to disrupt the website, app, API, infrastructure, account access, or workspaces.

Do not upload malicious code, highly sensitive regulated data, payment card data, secrets, credentials, or other information that is inappropriate for a product-management workspace.

Do not use Otto AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.

Workspace content and data

You retain responsibility for the workspace content you add to Otto do it. You grant BKRXY, LLC the rights needed to host, process, display, back up, secure, troubleshoot, and operate that content as part of the service.

Workspace exports, access requests, and support-assisted data requests may depend on your account permissions, workspace ownership or administration rights, collaborator content, legal limits, security review, and available product tooling.

Features may be incomplete and data handling may change as the product evolves. You should keep your own copies of important information. Otto do it is not responsible for lost, corrupted, unavailable, or unrecoverable data, including workspace content, tasks, drafts, files, prompts, activity history, automation logs, or account settings.

Intellectual property

The Otto do it name, branding, website design, app interface, copy, graphics, product concepts, and other materials are owned by BKRXY, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or reuse them except as allowed by law or with written permission.

AI and product output

Otto do it may include AI-assisted features. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, accepting, rejecting, and using any AI-generated content or suggested action.

AI-assisted features and connected-agent features may use workspace context, prompts, task content, recent activity, action previews, MCP tool requests, tool results, and generated output to provide responses and readback. You are responsible for deciding what information to provide to these features and for supervising any accepted or externally connected action.

Support and changes

Support is provided at our discretion and may be limited. We may update, remove, pause, or replace features, routes, integrations, providers, limits, or availability as the product evolves.

No warranties

Otto do it is provided as-is and as-available. We do not promise that the website, app, workspaces, integrations, AI features, data, backups, exports, or support will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, or available at any particular time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BKRXY, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, service interruption, security incident, or loss, corruption, disclosure, or unavailability of data arising from your use of Otto do it.

Termination

You may stop using Otto do it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to an account, workspace, or service if we believe these Terms were violated, if required for security or operations, or if access changes.

Eligible workspace admin accounts may be able to delete their account in-product after required confirmation. Deletion may be blocked or delayed for active Stripe-managed subscriptions, protected product references, accounts that belong to workspaces they do not administer, collaborator content, legal or security reasons, backup and audit retention, or other operational limits.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last updated date above indicates the latest revision.
